How is the TRI designed?

The TRI is designed in accordance to the Retention Triangle model developed by Ateneo CORD and STORM Consulting. The following diagram graphically explains the basic theory behind the Retention Triangle.

The Talent Retention Index measures an organization's retention ability in accordance to the 3 factors highlighted in the Triangle. The Index is designed to measure retention for a particular position, and will be distributed to different companies across different industries. This will allow participating companies to get a fuller, broader understanding of the retention factors affecting core job streams.
