What is the Talent Retention Index (TRI)?

The Ateneo Center for Organizational Research and Development (Ateneo CORD) and Strategic Organizational Resources Management, Inc. (STORM Consulting) have combined their expertise in bringing a timely product to the market: the Talent Retention Index (TRI).

The TRI is a cross-industry study aimed at analyzing key retention dimensions. As opposed to doing a study involving all the positions in the organization, the TRI focuses on a position or a particular job stream and therefore allows for deeper data analysis and greater understanding of nuances.
